Ability to stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
High School Diploma or equivalent. + 3 yrs of experience working in a manufacture environment. Strong mechanical aptitude. Clear and accurate verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in typing and grammar. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Effective listening and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize and complete work efficiently and on time. Demonstrated technical/professional expertise, including problem-solving, technical knowledge application, and product/service management. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Skills: Experience with rotating equipment and HMI/PLC/VFD systems. Familiarity with water/wastewater operations. Ability to interpret process flow diagrams and understand cause/effect relationships in water/wastewater systems.
