Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver top-tier service that makes customers feel heard, helped, and happy:
• Answer inbound calls and online chat inquiries
• Reset passwords and assist with account creation
• Help customers upload documents and manage their accounts
• Answer general questions and verify healthcare eligibility
• Find creative solutions to customer challenges
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and professionally

Become a company expert:

• Stay sharp with ongoing training and certifications
• Adapt to new updates and procedures with ease
• Represent our values in every interaction
• Follow regulated communication guidelines across all channels

Keep things running smoothly:

• Input customer data into our system
• Handle various admin tasks as needed

What you bring to the table:

• Customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or food service)
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic tech know-how
• A recent, consistent work history (no long gaps)
• Ability to work independently and manage equipment from home
• Bonus points if you're bilingual or have healthcare experience!

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
