About the Role

Get Insured is seeking passionate, tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team! What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and respond to live chat inquiries
• Reset passwords, assist with account creation, and upload documents
• Provide clear, friendly guidance on healthcare coverage and eligibility
• Troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to customer problems
• Stay sharp—learn our products, policies, and procedures inside and out
• Input customer data and handle various administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service skills with a professional, helpful attitude
• Computer literacy and comfort navigating software platforms
• Experience handling inbound calls (call center or high-level retail/food service)
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Reliable home setup with quiet environment and internet troubleshooting skills

What We're Not Looking For

• Short, vague responses or lack of engagement
• Difficulty following procedures or understanding workflow
• Gaps in recent work history or lack of professionalism

Schedule Initial Training & Work Hours (subject to change during OEP season):

• Shift #1: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM EST
• Shift #2: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
