We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager/Technical Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Database preferably in financial or banking background with working experience in OCI, Golden Gate (Microservices). This role will be pivotal in ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of our enterprise-class database environments, while providing strong technical leadership and proactive customer management for some of our most critical accounts.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience in database administration, with a strong focus on Oracle technologies and preferably in banking or financial backgrounds. Extensive hands-on experience with Golden Gate (Microservices), including implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Proven experience leading production support teams in high-availability, enterprise environments. Strong understanding of ITIL processes, incident & problem management. Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) and automation frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Fluency in English. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to client site.
