GRAIL is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Strategic Growth Accounts Team, in the Provider Channel. The KAM will be responsible for driving growth of the Galleri business through strategic engagement with digital health customers and key provider accounts at regional and national levels. Reporting to the Key Account Associate Director, the KAM will develop and manage relationships with executive, clinical, and operational leaders across digital health platforms and provider networks to support the successful integration, launch, and expansion of Galleri within their go-to-market strategies. The KAM will serve as a primary point of accountability for commercial performance, adoption, and expansion within assigned accounts. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners—including Customer Success, the Provider Sales team, Marketing, Medical, Legal, Product, and Operations—to deliver a tailored, scalable customer experience that aligns with each partner's business model while advancing GRAIL's growth objectives.
You are approved to work remotely from your city and state. While your primary workplace is your home, you may be required to travel occasionally to a GRAIL office or other locations to perform your work or attend team-related events.
The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $118K-$156K. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for other forms of compensation, including an annual bonus and/or incentives, subject to the terms of the applicable plans and Company discretion. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate's qualifications. Employees in this role are also eligible for GRAIL's comprehensive and competitive benefits package, offered in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
