The Director of Technical Operations will be a key leader in the Commercial, Network Provider, and Affiliate organization ensuring the effective delivery and utilization of tech assets and budget. They will insure the effective utilization of over 500 colleagues, >1000 contractors and >100M budget toward our key goals and objectives. They will interact with multiple levels of the organization to ensure our operational initiatives such as security implementations, audits, cloud utilization, business continuity planning, tech debt remediation, and devsecops maturity are tracked/completed flawlessly. This is an exciting role and will be consistently engaged in a multitude of interactions with our CNP leadership team as well as Aetna Technology leaders.
This is a role that should be foundationally built on a person familiar with technology execution and fulfillment. They need to be constantly inquisitive asking why, digging into true root cause while serving as a liaison between our Aetna Technology initiatives and our delivery leaders/teams.

Pay Range:
The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
