The Digital Customer Service Rep is responsible for the day-to-day data entry and processing for the division, as well as digital communications with customers. This individual will be working inside performing computer processes as well as problem solving customer emails. They must be capable of written and verbal communication and will spend a significant portion of their time on the computer. Reporting to the TNC Field Support team. The hourly rate for this position is $19.50/hr.
