Customer Success Manager

At Five Star Breaktime Solutions, we're committed to delivering top-tier service and innovative breakroom solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive retention, client satisfaction, and organic sales growth in a designated region.

What You'll Do:

• Build strong client relationships through regular visits and proactive communication
• Educate customers on our full range of products and services to increase retention and upsell opportunities
• Partner with sales and management to meet division goals for revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure brand consistency and quality standards
• Identify and resolve customer concerns, including loss prevention issues, in coordination with leadership
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities
• Represent the company with professionalism and align behavior with our core values
• Travel as needed to visit client sites, attend meetings, and support regional operations

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in customer service, account management, or sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen
• Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (ex. heat, cold, rain, and/or snow)
