We are searching for an accomplished Client Services Solution Consultant. You will be responsible for scoping and selling services that the Sage Intacct Professional Services team delivers for customers. You will leverage deep expertise in professional services sales and ERP implementations to define project scope, develop compelling services proposals, and ensure alignment between customer objectives and delivery strategy. This role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen and implementation experience. The Client Services Solution Consultant is a member of the North America Sage Intacct Professional Services organization and reports to the Director of Professional Services Operations.
• Participate in the sales process on assigned opportunities and win deals.
• Collaborate with opportunity team members to devise a winning sales strategy, positioning the value of services to a prospect to showcase a compelling offering, conducting calls with prospects to determine the scope of deliverables and determining accurate estimates for delivery.
• Produce Statements of Work including scope/assumptions/costs/estimated project durations and reviewing Statements of Work with prospects to help win deals.
• Achieve sales revenue targets determined by the team manager.
• Utilize the Professional Services sales tools (Value of Services presentation, SOW templates, pricing modeler, project duration modeler, etc.) as part of the sales process and recommend tool improvements based on learnings from performing the job.
• Keep current on the latest Sage Intacct software features and enhancements as necessary to scope and sell the related services.
• Complete tasks related to assigned sales opportunities accurately and on time.
• Build strong and positive relationships with Professional Services team members, sales team members, and prospects.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience selling and/or implementing ERP/financial management Software as a Service ("SaaS") subscribed solutions (Sage Intacct experience is ideal).
• Experienced working in a structured sales process collaborating with multiple team members of varying roles/responsibilities throughout the process with a proven track record of success selling services for highly satisfied customers (on-time, on-budget, and solutions sold/delivered met expectations).
• Ability to plan and deliver multiple work assignments on-time and fulfill commitments.
• Knowledge of financial accounting and accounting principles (CPA a nice-to-have).
• Exposure to a broad range of industries and business scenarios including but not limited to the following: software provider, services project accounting, financial management, franchise model, international business, and inventory management.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, intellectually curious, responsible, creative, driven, and confident.
• Minimal travel expected (likely no more than 3-4 trips per year).
• BS in Accounting/Finance or Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
