M2M Review Project Coordinator
The purpose/function of this position is to perform administrative tasks to the Exploration Development Integration (EDI) Division within Exploration Architecture, Integration, and Science Directorate. Tasks include setting up and facilitating meeting logistics for major NASA reviews and team meetings, taking minutes/notes/actions, developing and distributing meeting notices, updating and maintaining review content via team digital tools, technical writing, and assisting in development of PowerPoint chart packages. The person will work at Johnson Space Center with a large team of System Engineering and Integration (SE&I) personnel across multiple NASA centers in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, set up and assist in running major milestone lunar exploration review meetings that are chaired by NASA senior management, with mixed in-person and virtual attendance
- Participate in meetings and major milestone reviews to set up meeting logistics, and record and maintain minutes and document actions
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop, distribute and update meeting notices
- Support Artemis mission pre-flight and in-flight meetings, coordinating and distributing meeting minutes including Mission Management Team
- Update and maintain review content via team electronic tools that include SharePoint and Liferay portals
- Provide technical writing services for team products and plans
Participate in team meetings, status work progress and provide inputs for team success
Requirements
Education/Experience
- A high school diploma
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in administrative and/or project controls tasks
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and multi-task assignments
- Minimum of 1 year of executive board/meeting coordination or equivalent experience
- Experience with meetings with many participants and with management participation
- Experience with editing and formatting technical documentation
Desired
- Experience with NASA and/or NASA procedures and processes, NASA meetings and milestone reviews
- Experience with NASA executive board planning/execution
- Experience in an SE&I environment
Skills/Training
- Self-motivated and proactive in integrating/communicating with others without a lot of hands on direction. Ability to lead specific tasks when needed
- Ability to work within a team environment, where the team is distributed across multiple NASA centers
- Ability to perform cross-program integration with multiple people for various purposes in parallel, identifying and resolving integration concerns
Well-developed skills in both written and verbal communication, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
