Reproductive Management System Role

You will join the Reproductive Management System team and work directly at our clients' farms, providing bovine insemination services and reproductive management support.

Your goal will be to accompany the farmer in achieving their production and economic objectives, through a high-quality technical service and continuous consultancy.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide the heat detection service at client farms
• Perform bovine inseminations according to professional technical standards and in line with the farmer's needs
• Manage, maintain, and analyze reproductive data through dedicated software
• Provide technical consultancy and information on the entire range of ABS products and services
• Collaborate actively with the team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

You will be the right person for this opportunity if:

• You have a diploma in animal husbandry or animal genetics
• You reside in the Mantova South area or nearby zones
• You like working in teams, while maintaining operational autonomy
• You are goal-oriented and can work effectively even under pressure
• You are familiar with computer tools and have good knowledge of the Office package
