Senior Account Executive – Financial Services & Insurance (FSI)

As a Senior Account Executive focused on new business acquisition within the Financial Services & Insurance sector, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base across strategic accounts. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies to engage C-level decision-makers, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth within banks, insurers, and other financial institutions.

This is a quota-carrying, hunter role requiring a strong understanding of enterprise sales, complex deal cycles, and the ability to position our solutions' business value within the FSI context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities within the Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) segment.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new logo opportunities through proactive engagement and networking.
  • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies targeting high-potential enterprise customers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close, often involving multiple stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Line of Business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to tailor solutions and ensure customer success.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and ROI-based business cases to executive stakeholders.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline using [CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce].
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technology developments within the FSI ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, with a focus on new logo acquisition.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and consistent overachievement.
  • Experience selling into Financial Services and/or Insurance clients, with strong domain understanding of the industry’s business and regulatory landscape.
  • Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with C-level leaders (CIO, COO, CXO).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset.
  • Fluency in both French and English languages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling cloud-based, CX, AI, or contact center solutions.
  • Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
  • Strong network and established relationships within the FSI sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA a plus).
