As an Operational & Guest Services Agent, you are the beating heart between the flight operations on the platform and the high-end hospitality experience in our lounge. You ensure that every flight runs flawlessly and that our guests feel welcome and fully cared for from the first moment.

Hospitality & Guest Care:

• Receive and guide passengers and crew in an exclusive environment;
• Ensure high-quality, personalized service in the lounge;
• Coordinate special requests such as catering, VIP transport, hotels, and crew services.

Operations & Flight Support:

• Coordinate flight and ground handling, including VHF radio contact with aircraft;
• Collect and check flight information (METEO, NOTAMs, flight plans);
• Assign parking positions and guide the arrival and departure of aircraft;
• Coordinate with suppliers and ground services (fuel, cleaning, transport);
• Act as the first point of contact for Customs, Police, and airport partners;
• Proactively solve last-minute changes and operational challenges.

What you bring with you:

• Good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written);
• Experience in operational ground handling and/or high-end hospitality is a strong plus;
• Willingness to work in shifts (early, day, late, weekends, and holidays);
• Representative, service-oriented, stress-resistant, and strong in communication;
• You can be present at Schiphol-Oost within 45 minutes;
• MBO work and thinking level.
