To accelerate the growth of the Service Business Unit in the LAM region, we are seeking a dedicated Service Account Manager (SAM) with strong technical and commercial capabilities. This role is critical to unlocking market potential and driving service sales to very ambitious target, following a structured onboarding period.

Your Profile / Qualifications
Educational Background: Minimum of a technical high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Expertise: Solid technical foundation, ideally within industrial or food processing technologies.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in service sales, with the ability to position and sell complex service solutions.
Language Skills: Proficient in Italian, English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
International Exposure: Demonstrated experience working in international markets and multicultural environments.
Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, outgoing, and customer-oriented, with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Goal Orientation: Capable of working independently and achieving objectives within defined timelines.
