What will your daily routine be working with us?

• Participate in the elaboration of BIDs in partnership with Purchasing, for approval and contracting of third-party services in the Field Production and Plant Department.
• Conduct data collection and premises for the elaboration of Budget and Forecast, encompassing direct and indirect costs, aligned with the guidelines of the leadership and Controllership.
• Draft and issue contracts for cooperators and service providers, registering them in SAP and making them available on an electronic platform (DocuSign) for signature.
• Place requisitions and purchase/service orders in SAP, following approvals, payments, and ensuring compliance with current norms and negotiations.
• Monitor and manage field service contracts (freight, irrigation, roguing, harvests, transportation, lodging, food, etc.) and plant, ensuring execution according to demand.
• Support the control of sector costs and investments, analyzing histories, elaborating spreadsheets, reports, and graphs, ensuring predictability and efficient management of Cost Centers.
• Provide cooperators with market information, issue price fixing documents, and support in the settlement process, including reports, invoices, and interface with Finance.
• Accompany field homologation via SIGEF/MAPA, providing all necessary documentation.

Requirements to participate in the process:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Agronomy, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering;
• Advanced knowledge in administration, accounting, and information systems, with experience in SAP and analysis of agricultural market trends;
• Previous experience in finance, controllership, and budget management;
• Advanced Excel;
• Desired knowledge in Power BI;
• Desired advanced level English and/or Spanish.
