Personal IT Support for a Group of VIP Clients in Public Administration

Responsibilities

• Personal IT support for a fixed group of VIP clients in public administration, from office to home office to business travel
• Maintenance of a wide range of devices (Apple, Windows, smartphones) including procurement, fueling, installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software
• Fast and independent troubleshooting, ad hoc and under time pressure
• Consultation on IT topics such as hardware recommendations, secure workplaces in home office or travel solutions
• Delivery and induction of technical equipment with the claim to also communicate in a problem case solution-oriented and convincingly

Qualifications

• Completed IT training or extensive technical knowledge, e.g. in (IT) sales
• Several years of experience in professional customer interaction, ideally in a sensitive environment
• Very good knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android as well as MS 365; experience with authority-specific software is an advantage
• Strong service orientation, discretion and self-confident demeanor, a neat appearance in formal clothing is of course
• Willingness to be on call as well as flexibility for changing requirements in the course of the day
• Very good German skills, good English skills and enjoyment in individual customer consultation
