Maintenance of a wide range of devices (Apple, Windows, smartphones) including procurement, fueling, installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software. Fast and independent troubleshooting, on an ad hoc basis and also under time pressure. Consulting on IT topics such as hardware recommendations, secure workplaces in home office or travel solutions. Delivery and induction of technical equipment with the claim to also communicate in a problem case in a solution-oriented and convincing way.
Completed IT training or in-depth technical knowledge, e.g. in (IT) sales. Several years of experience in professional customer contact, ideally in a sensitive environment. Very good knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android as well as MS 365; experience with authority-specific software is advantageous. Strong service orientation, discretion and self-confident appearance, a well-groomed appearance in formal clothing is of course a matter of course. Willingness to be on call as well as flexibility for changing requirements in the course of the day.
