Fast and independent troubleshooting, ad hoc and under time pressure. Advice on IT topics such as hardware recommendations, secure workplaces in home office or travel solutions. Delivery and introduction of technical equipment with the claim to also communicate in a problem case solution-oriented and convincingly.
Completed IT training or extensive technical knowledge, e.g. in (IT) sales. Several years of experience in professional customer interaction, ideally in a sensitive environment. Very good knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android as well as MS 365; experience with authority-specific software is an advantage. Strong service orientation, discretion and self-assured appearance, a neat appearance in formal clothing is a matter of course. Willingness to be on call and flexibility for changing requirements in the course of the day.
