Digital Customer Success Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client Champion: Serve as the main point of contact post-sale, ensuring clients' advertising campaigns (Search, Display, Social, and more) are running smoothly and meeting performance goals.
  • Marketing Strategist: Collaborate with Sales and Campaign Optimization teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that drive ROI.
  • Adaptable Communicator: Navigate the fast-paced world of digital and traditional marketing, staying agile and responsive to client needs.

What You'll Need:

  • 1+ years of experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns.
  • Client-facing experience (preferred).
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $40,000 and $55,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
