Executive Accounts Optimization Strategist

We're looking for a strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and love turning data into actionable insights, this is your opportunity to shine.

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to strategist for client optimization, delivering smart, data-driven recommendations that elevate campaign performance.
  • Audit and enhance PPC campaigns, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Create and manage pacing reports, campaign builds, and A/B tests to fine-tune results.
  • Deliver insightful reporting—weekly, monthly, and ad hoc—to keep clients informed and confident.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, joining client meetings and presenting findings with clarity and confidence.
  • Shape SEO strategies, review tasks, and provide reporting that drives organic growth.
  • Advise on marketing strategies, identifying new opportunities and aligning them with client goals.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, using cutting-edge tools and best practices to troubleshoot and innovate.
  • Drive ROI and growth, partnering with sales to expand client relationships and uncover new potential.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or in-house setting.
  • 2+ years of campaign management with a strong grasp of SEM/SEO.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, balancing multiple clients and platforms within SLAs.
