Project Coordinator
We are looking for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will support project planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple teams. This role ensures that all project activities run smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication remains clear between internal teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate daily communication between cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA, and Production).
- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and flag risks or delays to the Project Manager.
- Schedule and document meetings, maintain project trackers, and ensure task ownership is clear.
- Support resource allocation and maintain project documentation (Jira, Trello, or Asana boards).
- Ensure all stakeholders are updated on timelines, changes, and deliverable expectations.
- Prepare weekly project reports, progress summaries, and risk logs.
- Help ensure that project goals align with company objectives and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or production support (preferably in gaming, tech, or creative industries).
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with creative or technical teams.
- Basic understanding of production pipelines (for art, design, or game development).
