Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Organize and lead local customer meetings and participate in major national/international conferences.
  • Promote best-practice sharing across the Aesthetic team and other business units.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies.
  • Collaborate with other specialist departments and external service providers.
  • Prepare and present concepts and presentations to leadership and company committees.
  • Foster strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with Galderma managers.
  • Understand and address the interests and concerns of customers and key stakeholders, providing effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 2+ years of experience in Ax or pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on healthcare products.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex issues and convey them effectively.
  • Excellent presentation skills (Product Knowledge & Product Selling).
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office (Analyze & Report).
  • High energy level and ability to manage a complex external environment.
  • Strong business/commercial acumen.
  • Excellent influencing and collaboration skills to partner with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in German, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Holds the relevant local licenses for pharmaceutical representative status in accordance with ยง75 of the Medicines Act (AMG).

The minimum base salary for this role is 60,000 EUR per annum including the 14th salary. Depending on the skills and qualifications we are ready to potentially offer a higher one.
