Key Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Implement plans and processes of Key Account & Client Management to retain and strengthen the relationship with clients of the Immunology Business Unit.
  • Launch the Immunology business of Galderma in selected accounts (Health Operators, Distributors, and Clinics).
  • Implement and execute high-quality customer service, as well as the resolution of demands and problems, with the aim of retaining current clients.
  • Implement and execute sales targets per client.
  • Collaborate in sector-specific relationship management activities, enabling the orchestration of client-oriented functions.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Previous or current experience in Immunology business.
  • Ability to develop the business in partnership with peers (Regional Demand Manager).
  • In-depth knowledge of the business model (financial statements and operational model).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Key Account Manager.
  • Residing in São Paulo (Capital) OR in the capitals of the South Region: Porto Alegre, Curitiba, or Florianópolis is required.

Bachelor’s Degree
