Inside Sales/Customer Service
Location: Monroe, WI region (on-site) Pay: $60,000 - $80,000/year (DOE) Schedule: Flexible within standard business hours
Join a growing team where customer service is at the heart of everything we do. In this Inside Sales/Customer Service role, you’ll play a vital role in managing client relationships, supporting sales operations, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers; manage inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
- Enter and track sales orders, coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
- Assist the sales team with reports, quotes, and portal documentation
- Analyze sales data and monitor trends like order fill rates and shortages
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply with customer demand
- Support new customer onboarding and trade show activities
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on customer account performance
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
- CRM experience preferred
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
