Pluss software, part of the Fullsteam organization, provides shop management software with embedded payments processing to Heavy Duty Truck and Automotive Repair, Inventory management and whole shop accounting.

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team. As a part of Pluss Software LLC's IT Support team, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and support of both software and hardware solutions. You will also be responsible for managing both internal resources and customer systems. You will respond daily to new and diverse customer problems and requests and will be responsible for finding solutions to match their needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install and troubleshoot Pluss Software LLC's software solutions
• Setup and deploy hardware solutions to customers
• Remote management, maintenance, and updates of deployed hardware and software solutions.
• Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot customer printing configurations
• Troubleshoot common network solutions.
• Setup and service payment processing solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with modern Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10+, Windows Server 2016+)Experience as an IT Technician or related work experience
• Experience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC computer hardwareStrong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skills
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principlesGood working knowledge of modern networking, TCP/IP communication, routing and internet communications.

• Experience with payment processing hardware and softwareExperience with Point-of-Sale systems
• Experiencing servicing and supporting business software installationsExperience with modern cloud computing services (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS)
• Experience with help-desk software solutions and VOIP systemsAA Computer Science or Equivalent Experience
• Certifications A+ / Net +

Pay range: $15.11- $25 per hour
