We are seeking a driven Account Executive to manage outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and expansion opportunities across RTO Pro and Recur360. This hybrid role will support two business lines, owning the full sales cycle while driving revenue growth and payments adoption.

Consultative, discovery-driven sales approach (Sandler preferred)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily outbound prospecting (calls + emails) to build pipeline
  • Manage and convert inbound leads through discovery, demos, and close
  • Run full-cycle sales across RTO Pro and Recur360
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and leadership for smooth handoffs

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong outbound prospecting and closing skills
  • Consultative, discovery-driven sales approach (Sandler preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple products and priorities
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Disciplined with activity metrics and pipeline management
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of SaaS or B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience with both outbound and inbound sales motions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar)
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 to $160,000 USD Includes base salary plus commission.
