Responsibilities:
As part of our global service team, you will support the Oberwihl location in all issues that can only be solved locally. Your area of responsibility includes the office and production areas. Ensuring productivity at the site, supporting digitization on site, by phone and remote access. Working in a global solution team as part of our Corporate Service Desk (follow the sun) - with your expertise you can solve problems independent of the location. Development of the required expertise for global support (e.g network, server, Microsoft 365, access administration, output management). Management of Incident reports, service requests, if necessary correct escalation to the next higher service level support. Support for local networks and infrastructure components as well as documentation of assets. Installation, maintenance and replacement of clients, printers, computer peripherals. Collaboration with colleagues from other teams and countries using modern tools.
