Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Define key account strategy and yearly action plans for all relevant e-Commerce channels.

Develop multi-channel strategies in line with our overall business objectives and create roadmaps for countries (assortment, pricing, activation) to drive profitable sales.

Target Achievement: Achieve growth, profit, and contribution targets; identify further potential for profitable sales growth.

Define, negotiate, and agree on investments, pricing strategies, and contract terms. Implement a consistent pricing strategy and closely monitor clients' P&L.

Team Leadership: Lead the e-Commerce Sales team effectively; coach, train, and develop Key Account Managers.

Customer Plans: Set clear OGSM for Key Account Managers and the overall Sales organization.

Collaborate between regional, local, and global teams (sales, SCM, digital marketing) and lead cross-functional teams and projects.

Category Management: Provide guidance and support for implementing category management and JBP approaches.

Qualifications

University degree; >5 -7 years of professional experience in an e-Commerce environment (FMCG or Nonfood), including leadership for Key Account business (annual negotiations & providing contracts).

Proven track record in managing e-commerce channels and customers with deep understanding of eCommerce strategies and P&L.

Excellent project management and organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to influence, collaborate and communicate with individual and teams (own and inter-functional teams).

Business fluent in German and English.
