Responsibilities

  1. Conduct order validations and entries.
  2. Confirm customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.
  3. Monitor and track order statuses, managing claim cases and returns.
  4. Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production.
  5. Serve as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.
  6. Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Language or Economic field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
  • Specified years of customer service experience is a plus.
  • SAP experience.
  • Fluent-level English and German.
