Global Commercial, a key sub-function within Care Enablement, plays a crucial role in advancing the mission of Fresenius Medical Care, which is to improve the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease.
This team brings together sales, marketing, global sales support, and global technical operations, working closely to deliver high-quality medical devices, technical services, and effective business strategies to global markets.

Candidate Requirements:
- Completed secondary education
- Very good proficiency in MS Office
- Communication skills
- Trustworthiness, diligence
- Previous experience in order processing, invoicing
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete order processing from acceptance to delivery to the customer
- Support sales representatives and technical experts
- Maintain customer information
- Maintain contact with customers (primarily regarding orders) and friendly communication with customers
- Coordinate deliveries with order patterns and planned overviews
- Inform about prices and status of products
- Record, check, and archive business documents (orders, invoices)
- Responsibility for material deliveries
- Storage and documentation of goods movements for testing
- Active cooperation with the warehouse
- Coordination of shipments with hospitals/centers/patients
