Responsibilities and Requirements
Achieve the responsible territory's annual sales target.
Initiate and execute annual sales plan and accurate forecast for responsible territory.
Collect and analyze the consolidated market and competitors' trends, and coordinate with central marketing/field marketing team on territory's sales strategy execution and adjustment if needed.
Responsible for territory's tendering, distributor development and maintenance.
Regular visit customers especially key accounts to build and maintain good relationship.
Organize and initiate territory's academic and promotion events in line with sales strategy and priority.
Attend and pass the training and training tests arranged by the company on time and punctually to obtain the qualification certificate, including but not limited to New Sales Qualification Training (NSQT), Compliance Training, etc.
Learn and understand the various policies and procedures of the company and adheres to all compliance requirements in the business.
Carry out other work schedules and instructions of the supervisor.
Requirements
Education & Industry Experience:
College degree and above in business, marketing, medical is preferred.
Position Experience:
At least 4 years and above sales experience in medical field.
