Application Support Analyst
To protect and ensure the stability of the telecommunications operational system as well as maintaining the integrity of the data and proactively resolve customer queries by providing technical support on various applications.

Are you someone who can:
- Provide first-line and Tier 2 support on telecom applications, resolving incidents within SLA timelines
- Troubleshoot system, provisioning, number-porting and billing-related issues, escalating where needed
- Configure, test and maintain telecommunications operational systems and new product setups
- Use SQL/Oracle scripts, JIRA and Confluence to analyse, track and document issues
- Deliver excellent customer service by managing queries, complaints and on-call support requirements
- Identify risks, adhere to compliance standards and contribute to continuous process improvements
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Have 1–3 years' experience in telecoms, billing support, system analysis or a similar environment
- Have a certification in Linux and/or MySQL
- Understand OSS/BSS processes, call rating, charging and network provisioning fundamentals
- Have experience with Linux and SQL
- Have experience with Application monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Zabbix)
- Have experience with Scripting (Bash, SQL)
- Are detail-oriented, analytical and able to solve complex technical issues
- Adapt quickly to change, manage your own workload and plan effectively
- Collaborate well with peers, share knowledge and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Are committed to personal development, learning and keeping up with new technologies
