Are you someone who can:
To identify and implement enhancements on existing products and procedures as well as effectively manage all operational aspects of the specific product. The role is all about Customer, how we can attract and retain more business clients while helping them grow their businesses, ie (Rewards, Beyond Banking). This role assists in running CVM campaigns so knowledge of creating campaigns and customer experiences will be an advantage.
- Be able to identify gaps in processes and being able to recommend solutions
- Be able to do analysis on data sets, draw up graphs, create presentations
- Opportunity to present to different Steerco's and Exco's
- Lots of space for Innovation, out-of-the-box thinking
- Contribute to the development of area specific budgets to minimize expenditure, in alignment with operational plans
- Manage an integrated service excellence culture, which builds rewarding relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service.
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders
- Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
- Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services
- Drive operational efficiencies and delivery of superior quality customer experiences and improve operational processes and procedures on an ongoing basis
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- NQF Level 7 Qualification from a recognized institution
