Are you ready to join the Fearless?

We are seeking a proactive and skilled B2B IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team based in Shirebrook. The successful candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for EDI systems, ensuring smooth data exchange between our business and trading partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for EDI systems, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of EDI transactions.
  • Manage and maintain B2B communication protocols and interfaces such as FTP, SFTP, and web services.
  • Collaborate with business teams and external partners to resolve EDI-related issues and ensure timely data exchange.
  • Monitor and analyse EDI data flows, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with vendors, trading partners, and internal stakeholders to manage EDI onboarding and updates.
  • Document EDI processes, workflows, and support activities.
  • Support integration of EDI with ERP systems and other internal applications.
  • Maintain system security and compliance standards related to data transmission.
  • Provide training and guidance to users and other support staff on EDI processes and best practices.
  • Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to B2B data exchange.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of EDI standards such as EDIFACT, XML, and related communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with networking and secure data transmission technologies (SFTP, FTP, VPN).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role is not required, but highly desirable.
