Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representative position supports the sales effort by acting as a liaison between internal and external customers. This is achieved through processing customer orders and requests, as well as managing all facets of customer orders from initiation to invoicing.

Job Duties

1. Process customer orders by creating the necessary documentation and support materials to communicate order specifications clearly
2. Process other customer requests (quotation, job status, information) in a timely and proactive manner.
3. Provide support, under the direction of the assigned Sales Representative, to internal and external customers through communication channels and task completion.
4. Communication, both written and oral, with internal and external customers as required.
5. Communicate the status of requests for orders and pending projects on Job Status Update.
6. Make suggestions/requests for current and future needs.
7. Work with purchasing to ensure materials for customer orders are procured.
