Onboarding Management team coordinates work of internal business partners and banks to successfully onboard new Franklin's products. The team consists of independent SMEs working with no Supervisor, reporting to Manager. We are seeking a candidate with project management skills and excellent communication skills. We offer flexible hours with overview and exposure to other departments' work.
Ensuring successful set up and launch of Franklin's managed Funds and Accounts,
Managing relationships and facilitating communication with custody banks and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain mutual understanding of requirements
Leading conversations with banks and internal teams to resolve issues
Working with internal stakeholders of various levels and departments, e.g. Legal, Compliance, FTS, etc.
Close tracking and reporting progress of key setups at banks
Building and fostering relationships with key business partners, often at senior level, both internal (incl. NBS and BSPM) and external (mainly Banks representatives).
Participating in various department-level projects, including innovations projects, identifying project objectives, resources and barriers, and ensuring successful and timely completion.
Bachelor's degree or higher of equivalent work experience
Five to seven years' professional experience in financial services
Two to three years of derivative exposure
Understanding of FT and FTS structures and custodian's role
Previous investment industry experience preferred
Experience in client service, marketing, project management or product development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proofread documents to identify/remove risk
Attention to detail and quality
Interpersonal skills
Good client service and customer focus
Strong organization skills
Demonstrated ability to follow through on work assignments
Proven ability to take initiative and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
Work Shift Timings - 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST
