FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a full-time Customer Support Specialist in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.

Responsibilities:

• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat
• Educating clients on how to use the company's website and trading platforms
• Communicating with clients regarding the company's products and services via telephone, email and live chat
• Assisting other departments

Candidate Profile:

• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese and English is essential
• Ability to work rotation shifts Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 & night shift 16:00 - 24:00 (The training will be on-site for 2-3 weeks, then hybrid with 1-2 days a week on-site)
• Ability to work on public holidays and one Saturday & Sunday a month
