About the position: In this position you will be working as an English speaking customer service agent for one of our clients, who is a rapidly growing international company within e-finance. Your job will consist of helping customers both by phone and mail with questions regarding: invoices, billing requests, refunding and general support. The most important task however is to give the customer a great experience and leave them with a positive feeling. Just to be clear, you will not be doing any sales.
This position is specific to the US market (therefore US business hours) US work shifts 15:15-00:00 (at least 2 weeks per month) However we have implemented an early shift as well, so shifts are rotated. Early shift for 2 weeks of the month: 09:00-17:45/ or within an hour earlier start or later.
