Join our dynamic team in the heart of Málaga, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service in the hospitality and tourism sector at Foundever.

Location: Málaga, Spain (Address: Lehmberg Ruiz 21, Centro District, 29016 Málaga). Contract Type: Eventual for 9 months with possibility of extension. Salary: €1,583.33 gross/month Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, including alternating weekends, between 09:00 and 23:00). Training Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (at our office in the center of Málaga). Start Date: 10/11/2025.

What We Are Looking For:

• Language Skills: Native-level Portuguese (pt) with bilingual Spanish level and advanced English (B2).
• Location: Must reside in Málaga or be willing to relocate.
• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or related customer service is a plus. Sales Experience and a Commercial Profile: This role involves receiving calls to close reservations in Portuguese and Spanish for a major hotel chain and performing customer service tasks. Strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
