In this service, you will provide both support and service for our clients' products via phone and email to users with inquiries about function, orders, and complaints.
Your duties will include:
- Delivering support and service to users of medical technology.
- Contributing to the development and optimization of our projects to ensure satisfied customers.
- Following our KPIs for call length and service level.
- Getting involved in our clients' products to be able to deliver excellent service.
