We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our on-site Call Center team. In this role, you will handle inquiries related to Child Support Services, providing outstanding support through phone calls, chats, and emails. Additionally, you will assist clients in registering for Electronic Payment Cards and Direct Deposit. Successful candidates will be highly customer-oriented, adaptable to evolving policies and procedures, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
This is a temp-to-hire position- 3 months probationary period- based on performance to be considered for permanent.
WORK SITE: 10390 Peter A McCuen Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA
WORK SCHEDULE: Shifts are 8 hours, with a 45-minute lunch Shift times range between 5:50 am to 6 pm dependent on unit needs.
