The Operations Engineering Team and the Project Coordinator are responsible for product development and sustainment of Fluke products.
The Project Coordinator owns any activity related to planning and coordinating project development, product sustainment, and process improvement throughout the product's lifecycle.
Perform functions related to developing and maintaining Bill of Materials, drawings, and revision-controlled documents.
Prepare and update documentation for a product including engineer Change Orders (CO), Bill of Materials (BOM), and supply chain set-up.
Project Coordinators hold responsibility for item attribute set up and cleanliness and help assist environmental compliance to make sure Fluke products are safe and in compliance per all global regulations.
Work alongside manufacturing engineers to assist new part number creation, deviations, first article approvals, and part revisions needed in the factory.
Support the factory budgets and projects by coordinating results, implementing timely reviews with functional support groups and reporting progress regularly to the factory leader and engineering team.
Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM).
Using the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP)/Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, ensure production is stabilized by ensuring the BOM is set up properly, resource hours, material controls, material locators, and item status.
Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) levels are Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compatible and review other compliance requirements.
Identify potential risks and issues for timely concerns that are then worked with the functional team.
Work with product compliance, industrial design, and other various related groups to continue sustainment throughout the life of the product and part number status.
May lead small project programs.
Crafting and maintaining project documentation, drawings, and ECOs.
Associate's degree or higher required
Experience in a support function role.
Knowledge of Oracle R12 is a plus
Prior use of data management systems, product lifecycle management tools and/or ERP systems.
Harding working, detail oriented, organization, are all a must.
Understanding of manufacturing flows and processes.
Shown Problem-solving skills with an approach for continuous improvement.
Outstanding communication across departments and locations both verbally and written.
