Assistant Project Coordinator

The Assistant Project Coordinator will support the team with the planning and ensure the successful outcome of projects by supporting the assigned project teams, you will work directly with internal stakeholders to ensure all project activity is regularly reported to the client and performed as per agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions. Your Role:

• You will give support to the team of project managers as requested and show ownership to the assigned tasks.
• Your contribution to the projects will build strong customer relationships
• Ensure a flawless order process and administration of assigned projects
• You will assist the project managers with the matrix reports per project and support with the financial aspects of the projects, like budgeting or handling invoices.
• You feel comfortable to chase colleagues, suppliers or clients by mail or phone if action is required.
• Give support to create presentations or prepare (team) meetings.

Your Profile

• You hold a technical MBO or HBO Degree in relevant field and 0-2 years relevant experience
• You've got great oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience.
• You have a strong command of the Dutch and English language.
• Proven experience in supporting a project management team
• Rotating equipment experience is a big plus
• Adaptability, flexibility, and proactive attitude
