Inside Customer Service Representative A

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an Inside Customer Service Representative A in Miami, FL. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responding to visitor/customer queries and needs
• Ensuring TSA verification and requirements are met
• Ensuring all audit requirements are in compliance
• Verifying training rosters
• Handling urgent schedule/training adjustments
• Leading VIP & regulatory authority visits to the campus from around the world
• Setting up classrooms and reviewing schedules
• Sending schedules to customers and uploading student information

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in customer support services and document compliance related fields
• 3+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
• Experience in data analysis
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Experience implementing process and/or strategy improvements and an applied understanding of Lean practices
• Experience in a role requiring strategic planning
• Interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer focus are essential to be successful in the role

Day to Day:

• Will be sorting through student case records and TSA compliance, physically sitting at the front desk
• Complete customer facing role
• This person will work regulatory items with customers

Must Haves:

• Customer or client facing background
• Excel and Microsoft office
• Organized, attention to detail
• Compliance or regulatory background
