Customer Experience Office Manager

As the Customer Experience Office Manager, you'll be at the heart of daily operations — managing communications, scheduling, marketing, and project coordination to ensure every customer enjoys a 5-star experience. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll work closely with the owner, sales team, and installers to keep projects running smoothly while maintaining a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction from consultation to completion.
- Scheduling: Coordinate sales appointments, installations, and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Marketing & Social Media: Support local marketing initiatives and maintain active social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business) with engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth through partnerships, referrals, and community involvement.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and participate in home shows, vendor events, and community activities to promote the business.
- Team Collaboration: Conduct weekly meetings to review project progress and new sales.
- Administrative Management: Maintain accurate project data, oversee daily office operations, and support bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a seamless experience for every customer, striving for consistent 5-star reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative coordination (home improvement or construction industry a plus).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of managing priorities independently.
- Proficient in technology tools such as Outlook, Google Suite, Excel, and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Experience leading or supporting small teams and coordinating workflow.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience.
