We are seeking someone who is a customer focused individual with the ability to navigate and interpret complex University as well as government policies and procedures, to provide efficient and responsive support and advice to international students. The role of Client Services Officer (Sponsored Students), or CSOSS, has a particular emphasis on ensuring that the University fulfils its contractual and service obligations to international students in receipt of scholarships from the Australian government and foreign sponsoring agencies.
Working collaboratively with other Client Services staff in the International Student Service team to provide effective and consistent client and customer focused services to international students, the CSOSS is accountable for:

You will be well versed in diplomacy to communicate complex and sensitive matters in a cross-cultural working environment.
