Fleek is a diverse set of funky individuals with the single mission of making secondhand first choice while enabling entrepreneurs on both sides of the marketplace. Our 50+ people team consists of individuals in 7+ countries with experiences from Google, YC, Uber, Deliveroo, Depop, Cambridge, Oxford, UC Berkeley, etc.
We are seeking an Account Manager to supercharge how we retain and grow the retailer cohort for our secondhand fashion platform.
The candidate will need a passion for fashion – bonus for secondhand – and sales to help us 5x the sales driven part of the business, through understanding retailers' needs, and building strong relationships with our existing portfolio of accounts.
The ideal candidate should bring an entrepreneurial, go-getter and creative approach to sales and relationship building to ensure we are able to meet the company's ambitious targets both monthly and quarterly. Working as part of a high performance sales team should excite you. You will have opportunities to work closely both with the rest of the growth team, and cross-functionally with other teams (ie product, operations, supply, customer experience).
