What makes a successful Key Account Manager at Fiserv?

A Key Account Manager at Fiserv plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients. They collaborate closely with different teams to ensure that Fiserv's solutions are delivered in a timely and effective manner, aligned with the client's needs and expectations. A successful Key Account Manager at Fiserv is proactive, has a strong problem-solving ability, and possesses a deep understanding of the fintech industry.

What you will do:

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Identify business opportunities and service expansion within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of Fiserv solutions.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategies and decisions.
• Provide regular reports and present results to management and other stakeholders.

What you need:

• 4 years of experience in key account management or client relationship management.
• 4 years of experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
• 4 years of experience in negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
• 4 years of experience managing complex projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• 4 years of experience in data analysis and generating detailed reports.
