We seek reinforcement for our international large customer team International and Domestic Enterprise Clients. In this role, you will support a part of the most important customers of our company – companies where you probably shop regularly.

Your Tasks

• Implementation of preboarding processes for UK and European large customers
• Support of the commercial contacts of large customers as well as franchisees
• Automation of work processes and continuous process optimization
• Clarification and answering of complex customer inquiries
• Building and developing customer relationships
• Conducting regular customer meetings and other customer-relevant activities

What You Should Bring

• A strong, positive personality
• Advanced knowledge in Poseidon as well as in technical operations of network operations, including MCS and IPG
• Expertise in the area of POS interfaces
• Knowledge in OPY – RAM
• Experience with KYC/AML processes in a regulated environment
• Very good communication skills
• Several years of experience in the merchant business
• Comprehensive understanding of the products and services of Fiserv
• Fluent German and English
