Serves as the secondary level of client engagement escalations. Supports the client managers in reinforcing relationships with clients. Acts as subject matter experts in service delivery interactions with the clients. Helps resolve client's service delivery issues and streamline client's PES screening process. Ensures that client needs are met in a way that both improves customer satisfaction and increases profitability for the company.
